Chef Eric Miller
Eric is a Corporate Regional Chef for Flik Independent School Dining and has worked as a chef in the Culinary industry for over 20 years. Joining Flik in 2006, his roles have included Unit Chef, Executive Chef, and Director of Dining Services. In 2013 Eric was recognized for outstanding performance and promoted to Corporate Regional Chef. Eric lives Baltimore, MD with his Wife and sons and when not in the kitchen he can be found enjoying Lacrosse, Mountain Biking, and Gardening. His favorite foods are synonymous with Baltimore, Softshell Blue crabs and Local Oysters.
